You may find that you are unsure which pricing schedule is right for your contract! For further information please refer to the contract seminar Q&A and Powerpoint Presentation at the bottom of this page. You can, and should, also contact your Contract Officer for further confirmation if you have not already done this.

• Version 1 - Where there is 1 service level

• Version 2 - Where there is more than one service level, but each service levels relates to a particular scheme under the contract e.g. the contract is for 8 seperate sheltered housing schemes, combined together as 1 service, but each has a different service level for a valid and accountable reason, although the service delivered is the same.

• Version 3 - Where there is more than one service level and each service level relates to a particular scheme under the contract, where each scheme delivers a different service.

• Version 4 - Where there is more than 1 service level, but no more than 3, and each relates to a different level of service delivered in the same scheme

• Version 1 Transitional Protection - Where there is transitional protection for certain clients when a previously fixed price element is converted to a variable element
