Hopefully you will agree that we have tried to make the site as simple and easy to use as possible. But below are a few hints and tips which may help a little bit more!




To access the the password protected areas of the site, click on the 'Login' link at the top of the screen



If you have forgotten you password or login, please let us know via the 'Contact Us' link and we will be able to remind you or give you a new one



Use the 'A-Z' or 'Search Site' facilities at the top of the screen if you can't find what you are looking for




If you are having trouble uploading completed forms theough 'e-transactions', try zipping the file first. To do this you will need the winzip programme. Contact you IT department for further information on this. Alternatively, there are many sites on the internet where Winzip can be downloaded for free.



If you are finding that the site is slow to move from link to link/page to page, try selecting the 'Text only' option - This may speed things up.
