Protecting Vulnerable Adults

Below are contact details relating to the protection of vulnerable adults. You may be being abused or suspect that somebody that you know is being abused, if so, please say something by contacting one of the organisations listed below. But please remember, in an emergency call 999.

Surrey 50+ - A network of people over the age of 50 who want to influence what happens in the local community e.g. transport, housing and community safety. Surrey Fire And Rescue Service

Surrey Fire and Rescue Service can offer advice for everyone on a wide range of topics - including fire safety and fire prevention. Anyone can apply for the free Home fire risk check service which will involve your local firefighters visiting you at a convenient time to look at the potential fire risks in your home. They will also assist you on how to install and maintain smoke alarms.

SFRS has set up a community referral service which is open for any agency to join and allows participating organisations to refer willing clients between one another to benefit from the range of services offered.
