Care & Repair Elmbridge To enable those in need of support to maintain their independence in their home for the foreseeable future.
Elmbridge CATS & Telecare services The main aim of the service is to support people to live more independently and safely at home. through provision of a range of telecare equipment. This should support prevention or diversion from hospital and care homes admissions, thus reducing numbers. It shpuld also enable people to return home from hospital facilitating a timely discharge
